Brief Description Responsible for performing professional engineering activities in support of civil engineering infrastructure projects, municipal operations, and growth for the community.  Duties include managing the design, bidding, and construction administration of various types of projects to meet City standards.  Work requires the knowledge of City of Ennis infrastructure design standards and the use of independent judgment and discretion, combined with strong communication and collaboration
