SUMMARY:Ennis Day in Austin
DESCRIPTION:The Ennis Chamber of Commerce is planning our trip to the State Capitol in Austin for Ennis Day.  The date has been set for Tuesday\, March 28\, 2017.  We will meet with our State Representative John Wray and Senator Birdwell. The cost is $65 per person and will cover our transportation and food for the day.\n\n \n\nWe will meet at the Ennis Chamber at 5:30 a.m.\, leaving for Austin at 6:00 a.m.  A light breakfast will be provided at the chamber.  Upon arriving in Austin\, we will meet Representative Wray and Senator Birdwell for a photo on the Grand Staircase and a guided tour of the Capitol including visits to the House and Senate Chambers. We will have a delicious fajita lunch at Serranos. Upon our return to the Capitol\, we will tour one of the government agencies at the Capitol and possibly meet with representatives from some of the government agencies and visit Representative Wray in his office.  Please know at this time\, these are tentative scheduled agencies and are subject to change.  We will depart Austin for a return trip to Ennis at approximately 4:30 p.m.\n\n \n\nIf you are interested in joining us\, please complete the registration form and return to the Chamber by March 17th so that plans can be finalized.  We will be traveling by vans again this year.\n\n\n\nWe look forward to you joining us on March 28!
